Cancellation Policy for REAPx

1. Notice Period:
   Clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the scheduled service date for cancellations.

4. Refund Policy:
   Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to the following terms:

• Cancellations made within the 7-day notice period may be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date may result in forfeiture of the deposit or partial payment.

5. Confirmation of Cancellation:
   Clients will receive confirmation of their cancellation request via email.
